At ASA Tutors, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with the services you receive. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

   Refund Policy

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the tutoring services you receive, please contact us within 7 days of the session to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and find a suitable solution.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

    • Service was not delivered as agreed upon.

    • Technical issues on our end prevented the session from taking place.

    • Exceptional circumstances deemed valid by ASA Tutors.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at asatutorsofficial@gmail.com. Provide your name, contact information, session details, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond promptly.

  • Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the case. We may offer a full or partial refund.

   Lesson Scheduling and Flexibility

  • We value the importance of flexibility in scheduling tutoring sessions to accommodate both students and tutors. We understand that each student has unique needs, and our goal is to provide a convenient and personalized learning experience.

  • One-to-One Lessons: For one-to-one lessons, we encourage open and informal communication between the student and the tutor. We provide an informal channel of communication via WhatsApp, where students and tutors can connect and coordinate lesson timings that best suit their schedules. This approach allows for a more personalised and flexible arrangement.

  • Group Lessons: Please note that group lessons may not be as flexible as one-to-one lessons. Group lessons involve multiple students, and coordinating schedules can be more challenging. To ensure a smooth learning experience for all participants, group lessons may have more rigid timings that are communicated in advance. However, we will make every effort to schedule group lessons at times that are convenient for the majority of participants.

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling: If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one lesson, we encourage them to communicate directly with their tutor through the WhatsApp channel. We kindly request that students provide reasonable notice when making changes to their lesson schedule to allow tutors to plan accordingly.

  • For group lessons, any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance to all participants to ensure transparency and fairness.

   No-Show Policy

  • Student No-Show: If a student fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

  • Tutor No-Show: In the rare event that a tutor fails to attend a scheduled session, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at your convenience.
